The observed luminescence pattern of the Flare Sceptre exhibits a remarkable sceptre liquid complexity dependent upon several factors. Initial excitation – frequently through a pulsed laser origin – generates a rapid cascade of internal electron transitions. These transitions, in turn, emit photons with a broad colour signature, initially chara
